Today’s online marketing arena is so fast to update efficient working methods and marketing hacks that you simply cannot afford to stagnate. You must strive to keep yourself updated with the latest & greatest practices from around the globe.
This is where marketing podcasts come into the picture: I personally love this medium as a way of keeping myself updated, and find it efficient and fun at the same time.

The Mad Lemmings Podcast is all about Online Marketing. It features interviews with well known and not so well known online marketers, and discusses ideas that will help people improve their online marketing. Topics range from blogging and social media, to email list building and advertising.

Although my guess is that no one online marketer can afford to invest the time needed to listen to all of these marketing podcasts, I would recommend allocating as much of your spare time as possible for this great medium.
